Phil Bell

Phil is a former CPA-partner with the international accounting firm KMPG, Main Hurdman. After receiving his degree in law, he completed a Masters in International Law (L.L.M.) at St. Thomas University in Miami. Currently, he is advancing his learning experience in organizational psychology through Saybrook Graduate Institute and the Jung Center of Houston. Over the past twenty years, Phil was a founding partner of several businesses including the multi-state franchisor, Mail Boxes Etc. now the UPS Stores. Phil is the founding partner of FlyntBell+ and a partner with Ed Bell Associates+ in its merger, acquisition, and finance group. He also serves as a legal advisor to Schumacher Foundation. Phil is a member of the American Association of CPA-Attorneys, the American Institute of CPAs, and the National Speakers Association.

Ed Bell

Ed is a graduate of Loyola University in Economics in 1970. He completed additional graduate studies in finance at the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania. Ed is the founding partner of the Ed Bell Associates+ financing group, and a partner of FlyntBell+. Presently, he serves on the Board for Mississippi Forward Foundation and Schumacher Foundation. As an advisor to the Congressional Rural Caucus and the Delta Regional Authority, Ed maintains a political presence in Washington and represents interest of State decision makers. Moving in circles of organizational dialogue, shifting through layers of critical statistics, and fine-tuning strategy to maximize business potentials are skills Ed utilizes the best. Ed is a member of the Louisiana Technology Board and the Schumacher Foundation.
